Sheet Pasting Machine

Sandeep Engineers Sheet Pasting machine is designed to paste sheets of cardboard, paper or other material together to create composite sheets. This Machine is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugated surface of board and specially designed for pasting corrugated sheets of different ply and thickness.

Rolls

The machine consist of three rolls.
All rolls are grinded, balanced, & hard chromed called glue pickup roll, pressure roll & doctor roll.
Top pressure roller adjustment controlled manually.
Doctor Roll adjustment controlled Manually.
All rolls are of M.S (Mild steel) are mounted with ball bearing for smooth running & longer life.

Gum Tray

Gum tray is provided to store the gum built by H.R / C.R Steel Sheet.
The gum can be released at the end of the work through exit point at the corner of the gum tray.
