Dual Timing Device: Dual Timing Device can set the timing of the moving platen from 0.5 to 10s. At the dual option, the moving platen remains stationary in an open position for the set dual time before resuming motion. This is useful when large and difficult jobs are being fed or when fine registration of Die in a job is required. This feature minimizes wastage in jobs.
Electromagnetic Clutch & Break: Electromagnetic Clutch & Break enables push-button control of the machine for easy and efficient operations. The advanced electromagnetic clutch quick action of the break without vibrations.
Safety Device: Multiple ‘Safety Devices' viz off position at Rotary Switch, Leg Operated safety Guard, Protective Wrap Around Safety Guard, Trip Bar on the moving platen (optional), Safety is ensured by all electrical Interlocking. All moving parts of the machine are approved safety guards.
Quick Adjustment: Quick and Simple adjustment of impression /pressure equalization independent of each side. The set value of impression can be read on a graduated scale.
Precision Gears: High-Performance Precision Gears Viz. Helical.
Paten And Shafts: The Platen is driven by the ball-bearing mounted shafts through a pair of reduction gears protected by guards.
Require Minimum Floor Space: Rigid Construction and compact design of the machine requires minimum floor space.
Operating Panel: The number of impressions made by the machine is displayed on the operating panel.
Main Shafts & Connecting Arms are mounted on phosphor Bronze Bushes.
One piece casting, properly stress relieved.
