Detailed Information

Automatic Feeder Part

Automatic sheet-feed front edge suction for various sheet sizes. Paper pile max height is 400mm. It can place one or two pile paper to feeder together. Machine with foot panel which can control full machine start or stop

Gluing part

Gluing roller with copper knife, which avoid paper stick on roller, ball bearing design of feed table, the sheets are conveyed straight-through by pressure system. Machine can use the jelly glue and cold glue, with separated glue tank.

Conveyor Belt Part

Conveyor equipped with air-suction system to forward sheet flat and stably. Belt length common is 6 meters, and it can be customized, min length is 2.2 meters.
